She began her professional experience providing legal assistance in the field of corporate law and international trade.
Today, they assist Italian and foreign companies in various areas of civil law, with particular focus on contractual law, compliance, and commercial litigation.
She also deals with new frontiers in insurance law, such as cyber risk and the study of risks connected to the digitalisation of transport.
She is fluent in English and French.

He has gained his experience in judicial and extra-judicial matters, specialising in general civil liability, professional liability and its insurance. He deals daily with disputes concerning medical and healthcare liability, primarily on behalf of leading healthcare and hospital companies and their insurers throughout the country.
Stefano has also deepened his experience in the Fine Arts sector, obtaining a Specialisation Master's degree in "Art Law and Taxation" organised by the Sole24Ore Business School.
Since 2015, they have collaborated as an expert in Roman Law with the chair of Roman Law at the University of Teramo.

In 2008, he was involved in the opening of the firm’s Milan office, where he was able to further his expertise in matters relating to general civil liability, pollution and healthcare, with a particular focus on the management – on behalf of leading healthcare organisations, hospitals and their insurers – of litigation arising from cases of medical malpractice.
He has been and continues to be involved in the management, assessment and settlement of healthcare claims on behalf of leading Italian and foreign insurance companies. He sits on Claims Assessment Committees at major Italian hospitals, providing ongoing advice on claims management.

After graduating with a degree in Law from the University of Genoa in 2017, having written her dissertation on commercial criminal law, she was admitted to the Genoa Bar in 2021.
He has been working for Boglione Law Firm since June 2023 at its Genoa office.
He began his professional career by delving into various topics in civil law, with particular reference to the following areas: contracts, insurance law, commercial law, and liability law.
Currently, he/she is involved in litigation and out-of-court advice for public and private entities in the areas of insurance law, company law, transport law, and civil liability.
She is a co-author of various publications and has contributed to leading legal journals.

After graduating, he obtained a Master's degree in Diplomatic Studies from SIOI and completed his professional traineeship at leading law firms, where he gained fundamental experience in litigation and international law.
A lawyer at SLB since 2017, he has authored publications in the fields of European Union law and international humanitarian law, and is a member of the Société Internationale de Droit Militaire et de Droit de la Guerre and the Italian Association of Maritime Law.
From 2014 to the present he has collaborated with the chairs of International Law, International Organisations, and European Union Law at LUISS Guido Carli and at the University of Sannio. He is currently a teaching assistant in European Union Law and European Union Law at LUISS Guido Carli, where he is a member of the Population, Migration, Asylum Unit of the Centre for International and Strategic Studies.

From 1996 to 2000, he conducted research as a "Cultore della Materia" (research associate) at the First Chair of Criminal Procedure at Sapienza University of Rome, collaborating with Professor Cordero. From 2003 to 2007, he attended the Higher Legal Studies Course of Judge Galli, with a focus on Civil, Criminal, and Administrative Law.
As a lawyer – before joining Boglione Studio in 2021 – he collaborated with leading firms, focusing particularly on professional liability, with special attention to notarial liability, delving into related civil law matters. He also honed his expertise in insurance law, providing advice on claims management and the setting of related technical reserves. He currently also deals with medical liability.

She gained experience at the Lombardy Regional Council – Office of the Regional Ombudsman and subsequently spent four years practising criminal law and criminal procedure, specialising in the protection of vulnerable individuals, at the Court of Milan.
Since 2026, he has been working with Studio Boglione at its Milan office.
He currently specialises in litigation and out-of-court advice in the areas of medical liability, insurance law, and civil and professional liability.

She holds a degree in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, with a dissertation on Administrative Law, and has been a member of the Frosinone Bar Association since 2023.
They have gained experience in criminal law, with particular reference to aspects of medical liability and the protection of individuals. They subsequently developed their practice in civil law, dealing with disputes concerning civil liability and the protection of credit, including with regard to enforcement proceedings and forced expropriation procedures.
Collaborates with the Boglione Law Firm at the Rome office, where they handle consultancy and litigation in civil matters, with a focus on professional and medical liability.
Since 2025, he has been President of the Frosinone branch of AIGA - Italian Young Lawyers' Association.

She graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Pavia in 2018 and has been a member of the Pavia Bar Association since 2022. She has been working at the Boglione Law Firm since January 2023 at its Milan office.
He began his professional career by specialising first in criminal law, with a focus on representing doctors and healthcare staff in court in cases of medical malpractice, and subsequently in administrative law, with particular emphasis on public procurement, including hospital contracts.
He deals on a daily basis with litigation relating to medical liability, as well as the management and settlement of medical claims on behalf of leading public and private hospital trusts and insurance companies.

He has been working at Studio Boglione since 2014 as a non-executive director. He is responsible for implementing the firm’s corporate governance framework. He is tasked with proposing the firm’s growth strategy in consultation with the partners and identifying risks that could hinder the firm’s growth and smooth operation.
He sits on the boards of other organisations in Italy and elsewhere, and in 2015 he published the book *Corporate Governance for Non-Listed Companies*'
